Police in Virginia have found what they believe to be the remains of a 17-year-old Muslim girl, and have charged a 22-year-old man with her murder. The victim, Nabra Hassanen, was in a group of four or five teenagers confronted by a driver early Sunday morning in Fairfax. The others escaped to the local mosque to report their friend was in danger.
