'Stop Chasing Love': Today's Comic by Pranita Kocharekar
We debut our new series, 'Comics!', a space devoted to narratives driven solely by picture stories and visuals. This one is about a girl in search for love.
In 'Comics!', we explore the works of some of the most exciting artists and illustrators from the subcontinent just to remind us that, sometimes, words aren't enough. In the first of this fortnightly series, we get into the whimsical world of Mumbai-based illustrator Pranita Kocharekar, who grew up in a family full of artists, in a home where its walls were her canvas. The 26-year-old acknowledges the debilitating epidemic of loneliness of her generation and beyond, and implores us to look at love as something that must not be chased; let it come to you.
