ARCTIC REMAINDERS - ANWR CAVIAR

Caviar is bullshit. Only a real jerk-off would pay the outrageous prices that places charge for fish eggs. $450 euros? $700 USD? No thanks. But if you're say, on the banks of one of the most remote rivers in North America, and you just happen to gut some Arctic Grayling that are stuffed full of beautiful caviar that would never, ever be seen in any restaurant due to it's rarity, you goddamn well eat that shit up. Bonus points if some city folk scarfing down fish eggs freaks out the husband and wife who live there and have never even heard of people eating fish eggs. Here's a little vid of our caviar tasting on the banks of the Coleen. So good we didn't even miss the blinis and crème fraîche.
