2 Chainz has been one of the country's most consistently entertaining rappers over the past year, releasing three mixtapes and a joint album with Lil Wayne in 2016 alone. Most of his headline-grabbing moments in that span of time have come without him dropping a proper studio album, though. But now, luckily for us, Chainz is gearing up for the release of his forthcoming Pretty Girls Like Trap Music album, which is scheduled to drop June 16. Last week, he released a trailer for the album which featured footage from studio sessions with Drake and Pharrell who praised the Atlanta veteran's rhyme skills.

The trailer also quoted Noisey's argument for Chainz being one of the best rappers alive over the past 18 months. The album will include some already well-known tracks like "Good Drank" with Gucci Mane and Quavo, "It's A Vibe," and the Drake-featuring "Big Amount." Today, Chainz dropped "4 AM", another song from Pretty Girls Like Trap Music that features Travis Scott. There's no shortage of the clever wordplay he's become known for with lines like, "Anytime she wanna dip I'm providing the sauce" and "You Zz on a nigga, King like BB on a nigga." The album is sure to have an abundance of more quotables, too. Listen to the track below.
