We spent Monday night celebrating the launch of the book in VICE's Williamsburg offices. Now, we're decamping for the rest of the country and going on tour from now until December. You'll get a taste of our debut cookbook exclusively at Chefs Club Counter, where we'll be serving up five recipes from the book—including chef Christina Tosi's Seven-Layer Dip and chef Brandon Jew's Fried Fish Sandwich—alongside the restaurant's regular menu from noon until 10pm each day. No tickets required.

We'll be taking over Urban Outfitters Space 24 Twenty, where we'll have a 30-minute panel with local chefs discussing the current and future state of the Austin food scene, moderated by Helen Hollyman, the Editor-in-Chief of MUNCHIES. We'll follow this with a party with beers, music, and cookbook-inspired hot dogs created by Frank. Participating chefs include Callie Speer of Holy Roller, Shion Aikawa of Ramen Tatsu-Ya, Tien Ho of Whole Foods (formerly of Momofuku), and Tyson Cole of Uchi.
