Russian President Vladimir Putin said some nice things in the press about his new BFF, suspended FIFA president Sepp Blatter. Russia is set to host the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and the Russians are some of the only supporters Blatter seems to have left.Here are the relevant Putin quotes, via of the Guardian:"Whether there are signs of corruption in FIFA, the investigation must show. I don't know what it is, but something amazing happened today. Putin's remarks coincided almost directly with an announcement from the Swiss authorities that they've frozen as much as $100 million of FIFA's money.
