This Leicester-Manchester United Game Started Epic as You Hoped

Did you expect a match between Leicester and Manchester United to bore you?

You'd think with the hype of this game, that the Queen herself was playing. But no. Just a lowly industrial town's team from the heart of England. A lowly team that's about to beat 5000/1 odds and take the Premier League title. The only thing standing in their way right now is a little-known team by the name of Manchester United.

Normally this might strike fear into the hearts of their foes, but we're talking about the 2016 Manchester United, who are currently couched at sixth and don't really know how to bridge the gap between their young upstarts and their battered war horses. Well, Martial started out the match with a clear indication that the young'uns are here to make a statement, as the 20 year-old poached out a dirty cross on the back post, and caught his defender sleeping. A bit of bad defending, yes, but Martial's one-touch was masterful.

But the Foxes would not go quietly into that good night, no, as they converted a set piece into a glorious diving header by Wes Morgan:

Mind you, this all happened in the first 17 minutes…. Seems like the top-billing is worth it—raggedy old Queen or not. Keep tight for updates.

UPDATE:

Well, Leicester didn't close out the title quite yet, but they should feel lucky to sneak away with a point this game. I mean, just take a look at this close call:

Yup. I'd say Leicester are better to take their chances with Everton next week. Plus, Tottenham have to win—not draw—their next two games to edge them out. Keep looking up, Foxes.
