Aperol Betty Recipe

This is kind of like a mimosa, but with a bit more bite thanks to the addition of Aperol.

2 ounces Aperol
1 ounce fresh orange juice
1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
3 ounces prosecco
orange wheel, for garnish


1. Combine the aperol, orange juice, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with an orange wheel.
