Janoris Jenkins Calls Terrelle Pryor a "Sh*t Eater" and Pryor Kills Him with Kindness

Even though the Giants won, Janoris Jenkins was salty as shit with Terrelle Pryor.

New York Giants cornerback Janoris Jenkins said some unkind words about Cleveland Browns receiver Terrelle Pryor, during the week and after New York's 27-13 victory Sunday. Jenkins said that Pryor "sucks" and is a "Sh*t Eater" (which would be very icky if true). And rather than engage him, Pryor let it slide. The discourse went down on Twitter (obviously), though Jenkins didn't stand by his poorly conjugated statements and later deleted them.

Pryor opted to kill Jenkins with kindness:

You are a great corner. Solid defender! You played a solid game. God Bless !! Good luck rest of year https://t.co/Lomh8ke4YW

The former quarterback turned wide receiver caught six passes for a game-high 131 yards, beating Jenkins more than once (although Jenkins later offered an excuse as to why). Jenkins had a strong overall performance as well, keeping Pryor out of the end zone (appearing to benefit from a no-call on pass interference once). He added five tackles, one sack, two tackles for a loss, and two passes broken up, including one against Pryor in the end zone near the end of the first half.

Jenkins added that Pryor's third career 100-plus yard game only happened because:

LOL, indeed. What is Jenkins' deal, man? Beef with Pryor doesn't go back to college; Jenkins' Florida team never played Ohio State with Pryor. And there's no connection to Jenkins's playing days with the Rams—where he played until signing a $62.5 million deal with the Giants in March—because Pryor's teams have never played them, either. Jenkins just doesn't seem to like Terrelle Pryor.

Earlier in the week, Jenkins and safety Landon Collins dismissed Pryor in a media call. Pryor admitted that the criticism bothered him, but added:

"Yeah, I was mad because, whatever, I'm not going to go there, but I respect every player in the league, because it's hard to stay in this league and it's hard to be great in the league. I respect those two players and it is what it is at the end of the day and it is what it is.''

Trash talk can be fun, but it just looks strange and petty if the other person doesn't bite, and Pryor does not appear interested in partaking. Good for him, even if it's boring to some. The NFL could use a nice and polite fella, even if one of his rivals alleged that he eats poop.
