Get Swept Up in Barber's Rework of 'Hurricane'

The collaborative release from Karin Park and Pandora Drive flexes a stronger side in this remix.

Norwegian Grammy award winner Karin Park?who once left you spellbound in Maya Jane Coles' "Everything"?has nestled her vocals in a new dance floor anthem.

"Hurricane" is Park's collaboration with the eclectic duo Pandora Drive. The outfit is comprised of renowned photographer and filmmaker Thomas Knights, and DJ and producer Nick Sheldon. Together they have shaped a sound that has reaped industry recognition and subsequently, the attention of Karin Park.

Although the original track is phenomenal as it stands, the rework by the OFF Recordings newcomer Barber is equally impactful. The same mesmeric vocals from Park are jolted with an even darker undertone, toughening the track's overall physique. It's an intimidating track that uses Park's lyrics as a hypothetical warning.

"Hurricane is about never feeling satisfied," says Knights. "It's about not getting swept up?you have to keep on going."
