Everything is Right with Ribongia's Remix of Stanton Warrior's 'Loving Me Wrong'

A balanced blend of bass, breakbeat, garage, house and beats.

Stanton Warriors have progressed through the ranks over their fourteen years to become generals of the game. The UK duo were early bass and breakbeat pioneers, and they've continued to change the face of dance music over six strong albums. Their upcoming seventh record is Rebel Bass, and promises even more innovative and subversive club hits. Drawing on their garage roots, Stanton Warriors will also stretch out into new dance territory, collaborating with artists like Cause & Affect and Tony Quattro.

"Loving Me Wrong" is the first single from Rebel Bass, accompanied by an incredible range of remixes. THUMP is pleased to present the playful and ingenious rework by Ribongia. It's everything we've learned to expect from the talented Sydney-based, Italian-born producer; a clever crossing of genres leading to a unique hybrid sound. There's elements of garage, house, electronic, hip hop, breakbeat and rave, and other unidentified elements we're still testing in the sound lab. Enjoy.
