Billy McFarland, who pleaded guilty to wire fraud charges in March, was charged with an additional count of wire fraud and money laundering late Tuesday afternoon.

The ruling came from a Manhattan court on Friday, March 9.

He responded in court on Monday to two counts of wire fraud and two counts of making false statements to a bank.
The 25-year-old has been charged with wire fraud in connection with the festival. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
If convicted, McFarland could face up to 20 years in jail.
