The delay marks the third postponement in Cohen’s much-anticipated string of Congressional appearances this month.
The move puts new pressure on top members of President Trump’s inner circle — especially Don Jr.
“This morning the Senate Intelligence Committee served Michael Cohen with a subpoena,” Lanny Davis told VICE News in an emailed statement on Thursday.
The SDNY has agreed not to prosecute the company, known as AMI, so long as it continues to cooperate.
“At the appropriate time, after Mr. Mueller completes his investigation and issues his final report, I look forward to assisting Michael to state publicly all he knows about Mr. Trump.”
