If you're finding yourself turning your nose at the films at Cannes' namesake festival, they have yet another festival, just for you. The Espace Miramar (which you're in front of) is the largest screening space for La Semaine Internationale de la Critique (International Critic's Week) - the fussy critics' film selection that is so pretentious, it refuses to screen their filmes in the Palais due to the inclusion of the film market in the building. So go, sneer loudly, clap softly and tell people you were there before everyone else.
