What South by Southwest Looks Like on Drones

It's what you'd expect. Or maybe it isn't.

We did a few pop-up flights with our buddy Colin shortly after the last of Thursday's storms had blown out of Austin. Looking ahead to Oblivion Droneday, which goes down this Monday, March 11, at VICELAND (403 Ceasar Chavez), we wanted to see what flying drones over South by Southwest actually looks like. So we spun a small toy quadrocopter up and out of our space and into the streets to see what would happen.
