VICE founder Suroosh Alvi returns to Baghdad ten years after the US invasion. In the fourth and final part of this documentary, we learn about the ADE651, a small device the Iraqi military uses at checkpoints to detect bombs in cars. Problem is, these little wands were proven to be more or less ineffective three years ago. So why is this cheap piece of plastic still being used? Mainly because of widespread misinformation and the efforts of a cunning British businessman.
