Melbourne - Andy Uprock Cuprocking Exhibition

We've been carrying on about him for at least two months now, but for the less attentive of you, here's a bit more about this talented and enlightened artist. His name is Andy Uprock, he hails from Sydney and he's devised a new form of limitlessly creative art called cuprocking. Essentially, this involves sticking thousands of plastic cups in ordinary wire fences to create huge, floating, temporary works of art. He's been doing his thing around Sydney for a while now and has even learnt how to do it in braille, essentially making him the first person to ever do graffiti for the blind. We're throwing an exhibition this Wednesday at Section 8 where you'll be able to see Andy doing his thing before he leaves to take on fences all over the world. It's all presented by Mooks and Vice and you know there'll be complimentary drinks.

Wednesday 28th May
6.30 PM
Section 8, 27-29 Tattersalls Lane (off Little Bourke)
