Matthew Dear has a new video out that our friends over at Noisey would like you to have a look at. They know far more about music than we do, so we decided to oblige. It's called "Her Fantasy" and is taken from Matthew's forthcoming album Beams (out August 27th in the UK and August 28th in the US). The video features lots of sad, dancing clowns (or something like clowns, not really sure on this one) and Matthew in a suit saying/ singing the words to you. As well as in the player above, you can watch the video over at the Noisey YouTube Channel.Director Tommy O'Haver was purportedly paying homage to avant-garde film guy Kenneth Anger in this one. It's suggestive and raunchy as it is weird and disconcerting, kinda like pueblo clowns at the festival of St Geronimo, but with poster paint on their faces and more gyrating.
