While this story is guilty of attempting to validate something dumb people do with their cars as “art,” describing something nonmusical that black people are into as “funky,” and explaining the colloquial meaning of the word “hot,” it rescues itself at the last minute by including this quote from the guy who spent upward of $800 putting hundred-dollar bill stickers on his car: “If I was riding behind an armored truck and the money came out, that’s probably what it would look like.”
