I.R.O.K Frontman Mike Title is Doing a Reddit AMA About Playing a Gig in the Egyptian Revolution

The band headed out to Egypt in the middle of the revolution with no contacts or shows booked.

British band I.R.O.K thought it would be a great idea to head to Egypt in the middle of the revolution to try and play a bunch of shows. They didn't have any contacts, places around them were burning down, and they were told not to venture outside in the middle of the night. It sounded like a recipe for disaster so we headed out there with them to film a documentary.

If you haven't seen it already then you're missing out and should watch it right now before FOMO tears up your insides. If you have seen it, then you're probably going to want to watch it again because Mike Title, one of the dudes from the band, is going to be hitting up a Reddit AMA tomorrow at 3pm. This means you'll be able to ask him literally anything that you want and he'll have to answer or the internet will eat him alive. Nothing is off limits, you'll be able to ask him what it's like playing in Egypt, why the music scene in England is so bad that he had to leave, or if they have any of the 102 different flavours of Doritos in Cairo. Anything you like, we're not the boss of you.

It's kicking off at 3PM GMT / 10AM EST on reddit.com/r/IAMA
