Twentysomethings really are just as selfish as everyone thinks. Not content leaving the life crisis to those in their forties and beyond, the young and confused have birthed the term “the quarter-life crisis”: that feeling of terror and deliriousness suffered by those finding themselves suddenly ejected from cosy university and college dorms and landing broke and direction-less in adult life. Maybe we are just spoilt and self-entitled as a generation, but there does seem to be a dawning realisation that being in your twenties nowadays just doesn't seem to grant the freedom and personal security we were promised as teens just dying to leave the schoolroom politics behind.

Entitled Everybody Street, the doc features the aforementioned talents wandering the streets and sharing stories of the lengths they went to to get their shots. Clearly insightful and inspiring, this is one of our most anticipated documentaries of the year.

Ever since the announcement that native New Yorker Spike Lee would be remaking Park Chan-wook’s cult classic Oldboy in the Hollywood style, messageboards and comments sections have been ablaze with the standard fanboy grousing and griping about the pointlessness of the whole endeavour. Some have even gone as far as to wish failure upon the project. But here at Grolsch Film Works we don’t subscribe to such negativity, and we’re here to tell you to chill out, relax, and look forward to what could be a great cinematic event.
