Indonesian police have arrested three men in the hunt for members of a terrorist cell believed to be behind the attacks in Jakarta. Authorities have named Bahrun Naim, an Indonesian militant believed to be fighting with the Islamic State in Syria, as the suspected cell leader.—AP
Mayor Sends Merkel Busload of Migrants
Bavarian mayor Peter Dreier, angry about Germany's refugee policy, sent a bus full of Syrian migrants to Chancellor Angela Merkel's office. But he ended up paying for their accommodation in Berlin himself after the media stunt.—Reuters
New Ebola Death in Sierra Leone
A new Ebola death has been confirmed in Sierra Leone, and health officials are now seeking those who had come into contact with the victim. The confirmation came just hours after the World Health Organization declared the outbreak in West Africa over.—BBC News
