When Mick Jagger was Kevin Parker's age, many considered the rock and roll legend's career to be on the wane. Although his cover of "Dancing in the Street" with David Bowie reached number one, the Rolling Stones disappointing 1986 album Dirty Work, was written and recorded during one of the lowest points in the band's history.
