The 'Straight Outta Compton' Writer Is Penning a 'Scarface' Remake

Say 'ello to my big budget.

Scarface was a pretty good movie in 1932. Then it was a really good movie in 1983. Now it's going to be another movie—this time based in Los Angeles, just like Grand Theft Auto V. The Hollywood Reporter says that Universal has chosen Jonathan Herman, who originally wrote Straight Outta Compton, to rewrite the new Scarface script. The script's first draft was written by Paul Attanasio, of House acclaim, and David Ayer, who made Fury. Say 'ello to my big budget.
