A 23-year-old mum said staff at a bus station in Greater Manchester refused to let her child use the loo on Friday, leading to the toddler shitting herself. Ashleigh Sherwen, the 23-year-old mum, said her daughter had complained about feeling poorly and that the Bury bus station staff wouldn't give her the key to the toilet or disabled toilet stall before it was too late.

Bus station staff later said the toilets were locked because they'd been vandalised, in a statement that made no mention of the child's vomit or poo.

"Unfortunately, the toilets at Bury Interchange were vandalised on Thursday afternoon, which meant all the facilities and entrance to the disabled toilet area had to be closed through to Monday morning for health and safety reasons," a Transport for Greater Manchester spokesperson said in a statement. "This kind of mindless vandalism is unacceptable and shows no consideration for the wellbeing of fellow bus passengers."

Ashleigh was "just absolutely disgusted that staff refused to help at all", according to the Manchester Evening News.

North Korea's foreign minister Ri Su Yong has outlined a message for the US, that North Korea will cease its nuclear tests once America ends its military exercises in South Korea.

"If we continue on this path of confrontation, this will lead to very catastrophic results, not only for the two countries but for the whole entire world as well," Ri said to the Associated Press in a rare interview, speaking through a Korean translator.

The US and South Korea conduct one of the world's biggest military exercises each year, with the participation of thousands of troops from both countries.

Prince was cremated at a private funeral attended by his "most beloved" family, friends and fellow musicians on Saturday, in his home state of Minnesota.

In 2016's continued run of high-profile celebrity deaths, Prince was found unresponsive in a lift at his Paisley Park complex on Thursday morning and was pronounced dead after first responders to a 911 call couldn't revive him using CPR.

The cause of his death was still unknown on Sunday, though an autopsy was done on Friday. Its results likely won't be known for four weeks.

Prince, a legend in music and culture, died aged 57.
