Steve Bannon, the former executive at Breitbart News, is out from his position as White House chief strategist, according to multiple published reports. As of Friday morning, Bannon's future was still being discussed within the White House, according to the New York Times, but Trump later told senior aides he decided to fire Bannon.In a statement, the White House said, "White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and Steve Bannon have mutually agreed today would be his last day. We are grateful for his service and we wish him the best." Reuters reports that Bannon was fired.
