A$AP Rocky, Schoolboy Q, and Danny Brown Have the Best Tour in Hip-Hop

As Joe Biden might say, the Long Live A$AP Tour is a big fucking deal. And we were there last night to catch the prodigious MCs at their NYC stop at the Roseland Ballroom.

As Joe Biden might say, the Long Live A$AP Tour is a big fucking deal. It's Up in Smoke big. It's Hard Knock Life big. It's Raising Hell big. It features three of hip-hop's most prodigious MCs—A$AP Rocky, Schoolboy Q, and Danny Brown—at the tipping points of their careers. We've been following each one of these guys closely as they've worked their way from obscurity to sold out shows, from internet buzz to record contracts, from Air Jordans to sneakers we can't pronounce. And last night's freewheeling concert at the Roseland Ballroom in Manhattan was the culmination of all their hard work. It seems like they are riding the crest of an incredible wave—one they've put in motion through a tremendous amount of talent, creativity, and good timing. We sent photographer Verena Stefanie Grotto to the show to capture all of the best moments. You can literally see the electricity of the night in her pictures.
