Further Proof that the Creators of Hobo Hunt Are Horrible People

Beefing with people who think pretending to kill the homeless is funny.

A couple of days ago, I posted this blog about Hobo Hunt, an Android app made by the guy in the picture above, that encourages you to take photos of homeless people and superimpose weapons over the top. This is because Joel Usher seems to think that people would think it's hilarious to pretend to kill tramps. The people behind the app have responded to the accusations that they are the worst people alive rather flimsily. Let's have a look at the defences they've put forward:

DEFENCE #1

The first way in which the makers of Hobo Hunt have attempted to defend themselves is to claim that their app isn't intended to be used to take photos of homeless people, and that I am a self-righteous hippie. In addition to going completely against both the name of the app and the words that came out of Joel's own mouth:

"I absolutely think giving the title Hobo Hunt will encourage people to take photos of homeless people."

It also contradicts these hiiillarrriiiouuuus photos of real-life homeless people posted to the Hobo Hunt Twitter account. Unless you're one of the eight followers Hobo Hunt currently has, you might have missed them:

That last one is fucking incredible – "Ah snap, get dem cars out my road!" Have you ever seen a more racist attempt at replicating the way black people speak? It made my toes curl in a way I haven't experienced since Robin Williams did that impression of Obama.

On an unrelated note, the guy who runs the Hobo Hunt Twitter account (presumably Hobo Hunt creator and "CEO" Joel Usher), has a weird infatuation with stabbing fat people. There are at least ten photos like the one above that he's secretly taken of a fat person, which he has then tweeted with a joke about "harpooning" them. LOL!

DEFENCE #2

In a message posted to their FB page, they picked a pretty huge hole in my original post by pointing out that I incorrectly called their app an "iPhone/ Android app" - big mistake on my part. Wonder where I could've gotten that false information from?

OH RIGHT, on their own fucking website.

To close, here is the name of Joel Usher, the maker of Hobo Hunt a few dozen times, to improve the chances of people googling him in the future finding out how much of a dick he is:
