Hey, guess what? Not all Brazilian women are supermodels with perfectly taut bubble asses from which you can bounce a quarter two feet into the air! I know, right? Shocking.

As it turns out, the Brazilian megababe constitutes only 2.764 percent of the Brazilian female population. The rest of the women there are totally normal—like yourself or your mom, girlfriend, wife, or best friend, or the lady at the deli who gets grumpy when you ask for a straw. Photographer Ilana Bessler spends her time photographing totally normal Brazilian women. They don’t have six-packs and their skin doesn’t glow like gold in the sun, but we think they look good. One of them even has the best scar we’ve ever seen.

Anyway, every human body is a special work of art and blah blah blah and here are some cool-looking Brazilian ladies who don’t make a living by showing their buns to people.
