We met 23-year-old Tolga Ozturk when he used to assist for Nasir Mazhar - the hardest partying, best hat designing London-born Turkish fashion guy we know. Tolga used to run a UK garage night in Bristol, but thankfully he left that behind, and is now trying to establish himself as a fashion designer. He based his graduate collection on a mad fantasy about future human mutations and the new tribes they'll spawn, which sounds pretty insane. Thing is, given that the collection managed to be both funny and stylish, and that Tolga's look always manages to be equal parts tough sportswear guy and fashion archaeologist, we'll bet he's set to do some good stuff, which is kind of an attractive quality.
