Simon Crump was born in Leicestershire. After crawling out of the middle of the Midlands he found himself being an internationally exhibited artist and lecturing in fine art and photography. His first novel,, involved the King stapling his hands to counters to get out of doing the washing up and getting mugged by his monkey who also happened to be his driver. “Goodbye” is a new piece of short fiction involving bears and breakfast.
