Florida's J.J. Schwarz Hits Four Home Runs, Gets Silent Treatment

Florida catcher J.J. Schwarz hit four home runs Tuesday night and on his last one his teammates gave him the silent treatment.

Florida's freshman catcher J.J. Schwarz just couldn't leave it at three. He had to go and crush a fourth home run to dead center field against Stetson on Tuesday night. His teammates taught him a lesson, though. After shuffling his way around the bases one last time, his teammates gave him the silent treatment and pretended like he hadn't just had a very good week in one night. Schwarz realized what was up pretty early on and started high-fiving the invisible teammates who did want to share in the moment and eventually his real teammates finally joined him.

It's always a little weird that so many team-building jokes involve being jerks to each other, but everyone knows the deal, it's just a bunch of alphas having fun. As a side note, this announcer has a baseball voice from the 1940s, which is also kind of fun.
