Islanders Fan Admits to Conceiving Son In Nassau Coliseum Parking Lot

Islanders fan admits on television that her son was conceived in the Nassau Coliseum parking lot.

The New York Islanders are moving to Brooklyn next season, so this is the last year they will play at the Nassau Coliseum. It's bittersweet for many fans because the Islanders are finally good again—echoing the glory days of the early 80s—which is great, but it will be the last season they call Longuyland home. Whether that is what this particular woman was feeling, or if she was just feeling a little saucy, we don't know. What we do know is that championship hockey is an aphrodisiac.

Recalling those glory days, Islanders fan and original season ticket holder Joy Rosen went on MSG last night and told viewers that her son was conceived in the Nassau Coliseum parking lot in 1982. There's a decent chance Asia's "Heat of the Moment" was playing on the radio. Time is a human construct and essentially without meaning, but these six seconds? These six seconds are Long Island.
