From Aaliyah, to Puff Daddy, to Rick Ross, to Usher, to Justin Bieber, to Drake, Director X has helped create the images and personas of music's most ginormous personalities. We hung out with X while he was interviewed at the CBC building, sat around on a roof top drinking Grolsch, visited the offices of the Manifesto hip-hop festival, and chopped it up about his career, favourite stories, and what it means to be a Caribbean Canadian artist.
