Maniac Professor Urban Meyer Makes Students Wearing Blue Do Push-Ups in Class

Urban Meyer makes students do push-ups for wearing blue. College football is the dumbest.

This is Ohio State professor Urban Meyer making a couple of students do push-ups in class because they wore blue shirts. The Michigan Wolverines also wear (a different shade of) blue so these two basically had it coming, a week before the season begins, no less. They're lucky they weren't expelled.

I'm sure it was all in good fun, and everyone had a good laugh about it—look at crazy coach Meyer, being all serious about football and shirt colors. What a riot—but what I'd like to know is: what if they refused? What if these two dudes went a little crazy themselves and said, you know what, coach? I'm not going to do push-ups for wearing a blue shirt because I think that's a stupid thing to do and you are basically a fake professor. I would really like to know what would happen next. A Standoff? Disciplinary action against the students? Surely it's not insubordinate to refuse to do push-ups in a class because you wore the wrong shirt. Disciplinary action against Meyer? A federal case? I want a federal case.

Unfortunately I'll never know. Maybe next #MilitaryMonday someone will take a stand.
