Tampa Bay Breaks Game 7 Tie with Knucklepuck Goal

If it's scoreless through nearly two-and-a-half periods of Game 7, then it's probably going to be a wonky goal that gets through. Just like this.

Game 7 between the Lightning and Red Wings was scoreless for nearly 45 minutes of gameplay until Braydon Coburn hit a knuckling one-timer that completely crossed up Detroit goalie Petr Mrazek. Coburn got some funky english on the puck and sent it fluttering over Mrazek's stick-hand shoulder. Mrazek reacted like he thought it was going glove side and was going down for the save well before the puck actually reached him. The change of speed and weirdo flight did him in and all he could do was throw his right shoulder out as the puck went over him.
