Rinse FM Have Relaunched the Classic Grime Series 'Practice Hours'

The first episode features Jammer and is streaming now.

You lot know about Practice Hours right? Nah? If you don't, prepare to be reintroduced; if you do, welcome back brethren. Like Risky Roads, Aim High, or other DVDs that could probably be found on East London's Roman Road in the early 2000s, the Practice Hours series was one of the highlights of grime's early history. The original series - which mixed documentary footage with freestyles - featured Wiley, Kano, Skepta, JME, Crazy Titch, basically everyone who is now either bossing grime or in prison.

Now, in 2015, Rinse FM have relaunched the series. But instead of putting it on DVD, they're putting it on YouTube - which is undoubtedly better for the environment because it saves on printing out DVDs. Good work everyone. Each episode promises a freestyle and an insight into an artist's life. The first one launched today and it features Jammer, set in his now infamous basement studio. Watch below:
