If you're a lax bro, you know who Paul Rabil is. For those that don't follow lacrosse, Paul Rabil is the God of the Lax Bro-therhood, not because he looks damn good in a pinnie and pastel shorts (he does), but because he can do insane things with a lacrosse stick and ball, like effortlessly throw one across the Baltimore Harbor. Rabil plays professionally for the MLL New York Lizards and on average will throw a ball that exceeds 100 mph. He even set the world record for it, that is until some stud minor leaguer broke it at last year's MLL All-Star Game. The Baltimore Harbor is pretty wide and it looks fucking cold so, lacrosse fan or not, a dude throwing a ball this far only to be caught on the other side is pretty impressive.
