We're Turning 20, so Come Party with Us

Back in 1994, most kids were too busy watching Beakman's World and inking "RIP Kurt" onto their Trapper Keepers to pay any attention to the birth of our little rag in Montreal, Canada. But 20 years and a worldwide expansion later, here we are—we've opened offices all around the world, ​won an Emmy, played ​basketball in North Korea, ​embedded with the Islamic State, and dropped acid at ​a ​variety ​of ​really ​awful ​places. And things are only going to get better from here.

To celebrate two decades of VICE, we're throwing a party for our friends and family in New York City this week, and we're giving out a few tickets to some lucky fans. To be considered for said ticket, all you have to do is make sure you follow us on ​Twitter and then share this post with your followers. Yep, that's it.

The anniversary party will be on Friday, December 5, and we'll be announcing our winners Wednesday, December 3. If we choose you, we'll let you know where to pick up your ticket. Don't worry, every ticket comes with a plus one, so you can bring a date and won't be forced to make small talk with any of us.

The contest is only open to people who are older than VICE. Anyone under 21 will have to wait until our 40th.
