Watch Stunning Soap Bubbles Freeze at -15°C

You'll never want to pop a soap bubble again.

On the toastiest of summer days, you can safely say "It's hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk," and pat yourself on the back for being folksy. But what do you say during winter? Polish artist and filmmaker Paul Zaluska came up with "It is so cold that even soap bubbles freeze," to explain to his daughter that it was so bone-chillingly freezing outside that she would be in danger if she didn't put on a jacket. She was so enamored with the idea that he made a video capturing just how stunning frozen soap bubbles are.

Check out that video below, and when you're grasping for an articulate way to complain about the winter weather, try, "It's so cold that even soap bubbles freeze."
