In the final minutes at St. James' Park, Stoke City had Newcastle scrambling after hanging onto a 1-0 lead since the 74th minute on a goal from Jack Colback. A near giveaway by Newcastle forced keeper Tim Krul to come out and play a ball and opened things up even further for Stoke. The ball eventually found its way to Geoff Cameron tearing down the far side and he hit a tremendous, and deep cross all the way back to the near post. Peter Crouch was there waiting to make a play and headed it over the reach of the leaping Krul and in, despite Fabricio Coloccini's efforts.
