Our exploration of rural Quebec continues, with a crash course in ice fishing from a complete and total stranger. While we didn't bother to arrange any sort of ice fishing appointment in advance, through the power of Quebecois charm and free beer, Tommy was able to convince a gentleman named Serge--who was hanging out in his ice fishing hut solo--to teach us the ancient art of pulling free food from a nearly-frozen body of water.
