Woah, Nas is really back with this video for new single "Daughters." I guess we can forgive him for skipping around in that godawful Nicki Minaj video now. This is great, it's touching, slightly cringey and a bit like a car advert. Filmed from the POV of his daughter growing up, from life as a baby to life as a pubescent teen spending her life posting photos like this. I like it, but it's a bit weird, I swear the last time Nas was in the press this much, it was because he was getting shafted for child support by a furious Kelis.It's still too early to say if this is a true return to form and if the rest of the album will match it, but for now he seems to have got his stride back. I can't imagine dudes will like it though, it's a bit sensitive.
