Taj Gibson Ejected Because Matthew Dellavedova is a Snake

Taj Gibson was ejected from Game 5 after Matthew Dellavedova locked his legs around him and he tried kicking out of it.

Taj Gibson was hit with a Flagrant 2 and a personal foul after a little skirmish with Matthew Delevadova under the rim early in the fourth quarter of Game 5 against the Cavs. Both Dellavedova and Gibson were battling for rebounding position and went down on the court in the process. As Gibson was trying to get up, Dellavedova locked his legs around Gibson's left leg. Obviously it tripped him up and Gibson then tried to get out of it by kicking his leg out. Then everything went to shit. Players rushed in and tried to keep the peace, while elbows and shoulders were being thrown.

Earlier in the possession, Dellavedova ran into a hard screen from Gibson, so maybe he was a little salty when they met back up again, who knows. Obviously Gibson could have reacted better, but it really doesn't look like he's trying to straight up kick Dellavedova. And even after official review, Gibson got nailed with the automatic ejection and Dellavedova walked away unscathed. Then a Cavs fan threw a towel at Gibson as he was escorted out.
