After quitting a career in fine dining and opening a restaurant with no money, the guys at Bunker Vietnamese ended up receiving acclaim by simply staying true to themselves.

After 16 years of working in fine dining, Bunker Vietnamese's Roy Zapanta & Jimmy Tu were not able to relate to their customers and quit. With no money, they opened Bunker at a small spot in Queens. Despite a rough start, the restaurant ended up receiving acclaim by accomplishing their one goal: staying true to the streets that made them.
