Listen to True Vision’s Speedy and Frantic UK Youth Crew

As 2016 comes to a close, get transported back to the mid-80s with this new record of urgent hardcore punk.

The hardcore of True Vision harkens to the days of bleached fades, long-sleeved shirts, and insane mosh breakdowns. To a time when Revelation and New Age records ruled supreme and hundreds of young straightedge kids turning up at underage gigs.

Though they may take cues from Youth of Today, Side By Side, Warzone and other bands that owned the late 80s New York City Lower East Side scene, True Vision are part of a new wave of UK youth crew bands that include Rapture, Big Cheese and others.

Featuring members of Obstruct, Arms Race and Violent Reaction they follow a promo tape with Against the Grain, a raging five-song EP that is about to be released on DIY London label Quality Control HQ.

Tracks such as "Protect and Preserve" and "Condemned" take the energy and positive vibes of Side By Side's You're Only Young Once… EP and kicks in some late 2016 UK aggression.

'Against the Grain' is available Dec 27 on Quality Control HQ.
