Update: As of Wednesday afternoon, 3:30 PM, Rob Kardashian's Instagram account has been suspended. He is now posting the nude images of Chyna to his Twitter account, where they've already been retweeted by thousands of people. "Since Instagram shut me down everyone peep my twitter lol," he tweeted at 3:36 PM.

Update, 4:27 PM: Kardashian has deleted the nude pictures of Chyna that he posted to Twitter.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have had a publicly tumultuous and hard-to-follow relationship following the December birth of their daughter, Dream. On Sunday, Chyna posted a photo to Instagram, which has now been removed, declaring that she's single.

But Kardashian appears to have a different perspective on their status as a couple. This morning, on Instagram, the reality TV personality and sock designer accused Chyna of cheating on him and posted several nude images of her as revenge.

Kardashian posted an image that he claimed Chyna sent him on the Fourth of July before she saw another man, a rapper named Rarri True. The photo shows Chyna in a skirt without underwear. "This is from Chyna yesterday to me. I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don't care," Kardashian reportedly captioned it.

He also posted a topless image of Chyna, claiming that he paid $100,000 for her breast augmentation . "Man they fucked up on her nipples. They used to be so cute," he wrote.

In addition, Kardashian posted a video of Chyna kissing a man and a photo of the rapper True with a long-winded caption in which he claims True had previously asked him for money. "This the dude that posted a pic in the same bed Chyna and I made our baby in," he wrote. "The house that I pay for. That robe i prob paid for. Imma send u messages from this dude asking to link with me or he gonna expose Chyna if I don't help him get money cuz he can't handle the bills to take care of Chyna. Lol."

Kardashian also posted a photo of what he says is a "secret surgery" Chyna had after their child was born. "Everyone wonders how Chyna lost all that weight after the baby and she lies to everyone but no I'm such a great Husband that on our anniversary I paid 100K to do this surgery to get everything fixed as much as they could," Kardashian wrote. "And then guess what she did after she was all healed when I was by her side the entire time. She left me and my baby which she had out of spite to get back at her other baby daddy. I can't believe u would disrespect me like this." In a later post, which is still on his Instagram, Kardashian posted a screenshot that includes Chyna's phone number.

"The fact that Rob has 9.2 million followers makes his attack on her sexual privacy particularly cruel."

Kardashian's rant isn't just disturbing—it's illegal. In California, where Kardashian lives, revenge porn is a misdemeanor. Under the law, intentionally distributing a sexual image of another person carries a sentence of up to six months in jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000. In a statement, revenge porn lawyer Carrie Goldberg told Broadly that Kardashian could also face a battle in civil court. "She can sue him for damages and get an order of protection against him," Goldberg said.

"Rob Kardashian's ex is the victim of a crime—a crime that California does takes seriously. The fact that Rob has 9.2 million followers makes his attack on her sexual privacy particularly cruel. Those photos were likely screen grabbed by his millions of followers seconds after they went up. This will follow her around for the rest of her life," she continued. "I'm also glad to see that many people commenting on this story on social media are expressing shock at Rob's act! It means that more and more of the public understands that leaking someone's intimate photos or videos—no matter the 'justification' or defense—is never OK."

Chyna responded to Kardashian's Instagram tirade on Snapchat, alleging that he was abusive in their relationship. "Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen!!!!!" she wrote. "U put hand on me I swear on god!!!! On my kids but I'm supposed to be quiet because you're a Kardashian." In another Snapchat message she added, "The light will come to the light."
