Tim North's sound doesn't seem to stand still for very long, as the Toronto rapper reincarnates himself seemingly every season with a new flavour. Switching from the ferocious and lyrically acrobatic music he was making last year, Tim now finds himself in a more melodic disposition on his new song "Sit Low." Aided by Roy Woods affiliate Trip Sixx, Tim North delivers an upbeat song that sounds like it's made to be heard from the windows of passing cars. Montreal's Da P produced the track, giving it a wholly Canadian feeling.

"The Soulection guys were in the city, so Da P came from Montreal and crashed on my couch and left me with this beat.," explained North over email. "Trip just made sense on it. We'd been pushing each other with melodies over the summer so I had to pass the second verse his way. Shout out to him out and the whole UTU gang."
