Little Pain Pretty Much Wrote an Ode to His Du-Rag on "Du-Rag Raps"

Here's "Du-Rag Raps."

You already know Noisey loves Little Pain—but he's really stepped up on his latest track, "Du-Rag Raps" produced by Patrick Lukens (who recently produced on SZA's EP including "Ice Moon").

"This ain't a love song, this a thug song," Pain raps in what's pretty much an ode to his du-rag. You'll immediately think the chorus is about his significant other, but it's actually just all about his du-rag. Lukens says Pain is super selective about beats and that it makes him nervous to send him tracks but it sounds like the two really hit a homerun with this one.

"I'm a huge fan of his work and that era so I told him I'd be down to get on a track," Pain said. "I was actually listening to Eddie Murphy's 'Party All The Time' when he sent me the beat. I heard the beat and I immediately knew I had to make a du-rag dedication song."

This will appear on Lukens' up and coming funk mixtape that he's releasing under the alias "Max Leroy." Listen below:
