Zola Jesus, aka Nika Roza Danilova, has ditched her blonde goth look and gone down a Fleetwood Mac inspired route, harking back to when they were at their chemically fuelled best. Her latest song "Fall Back" is an ode about lost love and trying to win your beau back and comes from Zola's highly awaited fourth album Versions. The chorus of "I'd do anything to be the one with you" is like a U2 track that you can admit to liking, with its epic strings and wanting vocals. The new album promises to be full of surprises like this song, with Danilova declaring "the album is about the bone of the music; taking approximations from past records and turning them inside out". I'm into it.'Versions' is out on the 19th August through Sacred Bones.
